Beyonce Gives Birth To Baby Blue Ivy Carter

After numerous false alarms, the day has finally come in which Beyoncé Knowles has given birth to her first child!

The 30-year-old superstar welcomed a healthy baby girl reportedly named Blue Ivy Carter at New York City's Lenox Hospital on Saturday night (January 7) via a scheduled C-section with husband Jay-Z by her side.

According to the NY Daily News, Miss Knowles checked in under the name of Ingrid Jackson with ABC News telling that she arrived at the hospital on Friday night.

Doing everything possible to keep the birthing process a private affair, Beyoncé and Jay-Z are said to have shelled out a hefty $1.3 million to rent out the entire fourth floor of Lenox Hospital during their stay - though another hospital source dismissed the claim, saying, “We don’t have entire floors sitting empty at Lenox Hill."

At the current time, no further details have been made available, but be sure to check back with GossipCenter for all of the latest Beyoncé baby info.

Beyonce - Love On Top [muzik video]

Beyoncé hangs with the boys in the video “Love on Top,” the Australian single off her latest album 4. The pop commander leads a troupe of male dancers as she turns her dance rehearsal into a full-blown performance.

The upbeat clip, which was shot at a studio overlooking New York City, starts off with a casually dressed B moving in perfect coordination with the fellas. The visuals suddenly switch to night as B lights up the space in various formal looks including a gold pantsuit, white suit, and finally a tuxedo complete with coattails, top hat, and cane. She rips through the exhilarating jam before yelling cut and just like that, returns to rehearsals.

The mom-to-be said her latest video was inspired by boy bands. “This song is special to me and I had an idea for the video based on some of my favorite male groups,” she told her Aussie fans. “I remember seeing videos from New Edition, the Jackson 5, and The Temptations, bands I love for their beautiful harmonies and precise choreography, and I always wanted to make a video and be part of a boy group myself. It was so much fun. I put my heart and soul into ‘Love on Top’ and I hope you love it.”

When she sits down in her chair, her bump appears to collapse inward, leading many to believe it's not B's real bump, but a prosthetic device intended to deceive. Now there are a ton of conspiracy theories surrounding Beyonce's pregnancy and Wendy Williams break's them down.

Beyonce stealing other artiste's work?

The new Beyoncé "Countdown" video shows some striking resemblance with movies from Belgian choreographer Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker. It's not the first time Beyonce has been accused of stealing another artiste's artwork. However the person really to be blamed in each case is probably her choreographer. The visuals for her new video include obvious references to Audrey Hepburn à la her 1957 film 'Funny Face.' However, a few dance sequences and scenes in 'Countdown' may be a little too referential, bordering on blatant copying of even the wardrobe and aesthetics as well.
You be the judge:

Beyoncé - Countdown [muzik video]

"Countdown" is a song recorded by American R&B singer Beyoncé Knowles for her fourth studio album, 4 (2011). "Countdown"'s music video is heavily influenced by 1960s pop art; it is drenched in vintage-hued colors and retro clothes. Knowles' fashion in the clip includes retro side-swept mini bangs, large lined eyes and almond-shaped pumpkin-colored nails.

First-look at Beyonce's bare baby-bump

Beyoncé and Jay-Z continued on their European getaway, sailing into Croatia on a luxury yacht for some rest and relaxation. The pregnant Mrs. Carter, who turned 30 over the weekend, showed off her growing baby bump in a white bikini as she and Jay walked along the rocks. She attempted to shield her stomach from the paparazzi with a gold bag, while her protective husband put his hand up to the cameras. Aunt-to-be Solange also joined the family affair, tweeting, “Croatia is breathtaking. Paradise!”

Beyonce Stole Ideas for her Billboard Awards Performance?

Since questions have been raised concerning the originality of Beyonce's spectacular Billboard Awards performance, the diva has come forward to clear the air, revealing her inspiration.
"My makeup artist showed me the performance of Lorella Cuccarini a year ago, and it inspired me so much," Beyonce told AOL Music. "I then met with the talented people who worked on it. The technology and concept were so genius. Thank god for YouTube or I would have never been exposed to something so inspiring. I never worked so hard on anything in my life as that performance for the Billboard Awards."

Beyonce Billboard Millennium Award and Show-Stopping Performance

Beyoncé's reign is stronger than ever -- that was clear at lastnight's Billboard Music Awards on ABC, where the star received the Billboard Millennium Award and performed her new single, "Run the World (Girls)," for the first time on network television.

After the show-stopping performance, Tina Knowles and Juelz presented Beyoncé with the Billboard Millenium Award, as the singer breathlessly thanked her parents, Destiny Child's Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams and even former members of the group, LaToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson.
Beyoncé ended her speech by shouting out her husband -- "I love me some Jay-Z," she said, as the rap star smiled and nodded and a collective "aw" could be heard in Las Vegas' MGM Grand Arena and on social networks.
