Introducing Miss World - Trinidad & Tobago 2012; Athaliah Samuel

Trinidad and Tobago has chosen a Communications student to become its representative at Miss World 2012 contest. Athaliah Samuel, 24 years old and 5'10" high, will soon fly to Ordos, China to compete in the world's longest running major international pageant.

Athaliah would one day like to work in public relations. She describes herself as a complex, focused and determined person. In her spare time she enjoys tennis, football, netball and dancing.

Miss World 2012 will be the 62nd edition of the Miss World pageant to be held on August 18, 2012 in Dongsheng Fitness Center Stadium, Ordos, Inner Mongolia, China. Ivian Sarcos of Venezuela will crown her successor at the end of the event.

Athaliah Samuel is driven, focused and committed. She has been through many trials and tribulations in her short life but she has emerged stronger and more confident and stands ready to bring the Miss World crown back to T&T after 26 years.
