The German event called Carnival Jump Up will take place at 2BE Club and is being promoted by Germany based DJ crew Soca Twins. Winchester whose hits include Murdah, Road Calling, Band Coming, Open De Gate, Front, Come Beta is guaranteed to deliver a great performance, reppin’ Soca music to the world.
He recently told the Trinidad Guardian, “I have something coming real soon with a female singer from Jamaica. She’s brand new and she’s hot and people will love this.”
Winchester, who is currently in Jamaica working on a video for the track. He is also hanging out and working with friend and fellow artiste, Maxi Priest, with whom he will perform this June at the Basia Beat Breast Cancer concert. Now, he’s preparing to head to Berlin and promises Trinis and foreigners alike, a show they’ll never forget. At the same time, the Paradisin singer is taking the T&T flag with him, flying it high, as he believes he was born to do.
“Soca is our music, it’s what we represent and wherever I go, I am soca. I am branded Trinidad and Tobago.”
