IMAX is coming to T&T!

IMAX.... IMAX... I'm sure a lot of you heard the term before. But what exactly is it you ask? IMAX® is a motion picture film format that has the capacity to record and display images of far greater size and resolution than conventional film systems. So you think regular 3D movies were cool? Wait till you see it in IMAX!
Giant Screen Entertainment announced that they will be launching the first IMAX Theatre in the Caribbean and will open this summer at One Woodbrook Place in Port of Spain, which means it's likely that we'll be seeing Transformers in 3D and the final chapter of the Harry Potter series there. Digicel is the title sponsor and the cinema will be called the "Digicel IMAX Theatre".
