Some may not know who is Charlie Chaplin. Born Charles Spencer Chaplin on April 16, 1889, Charlie Chaplin was an English actor and director, well known for his comedy work in the silent film era. His style of visual, slapstick comedy, as well as his legendary hat and moustache made him one of the most recognizable pop icons of all time.
