Lindsay Lohan has been sentenced to 480 hours community service and 120 days in county jail for violation of her probation. However her lawyer has appealed the ruling and the star has been granted bail at $75k.
The violation of her parole occurred when Lohan strategically stole a necklace from a jewellery store by using her friend as a decoy to distract the store's clerk while she snatched the necklace.
